Grupo TDM will invest in Pipe Plant
Grupo TDM, which is dedicated to engineering solutions, supply and installation of construction products for infrastructure and mining, will increase its portfolio with the installation of a plant in Chilca to produce pressure pipes made of fiberglass.
"We will invest US$ 9 million to US$ 10 million in partnership with the Italian company Sarplast in order to meet projects of sanitation, hydroelectric plants, desalination plants, irrigation systems and others", said the Director of TDM, Sergio Belfiore, after stating that the plant will begin its operations in the third quarter.
The plant will be installed in a space of 30,000 square meters and allow build pipes for water systems and corrosive materials from 500 ml to 3 m in diameter. It will provide services to clients in Peru and possibly abroad.
